Book Photographer and Videographer.
Agree flowers with Florist and book.

Colour Scheme & Style to carry through the day discuss with dressmaker, florist and
stationer.
Choose and book your Honeymoon.

6 months before your wedding

Agree order of service for the ceremony.
Order Wedding Cake.
Order Wedding Stationery.
Purchase Wedding Rings.
Prepare Wedding gift list.
Organise passports, visas and inoculations if necessary for your Honeymoon.
Choose shoes to go with your Wedding Dress.

3 months before your wedding

Ensure all the appropriate documents and certificates are in order.
Finalise colour scheme, bouquets, buttonholes and floral arrangements.
Finalise guest list and post out invitations.
Track replies and write thank you letters for presents received.
Choose gifts for bridesmaids and groomsmen.
Discuss requirements with attendants for accommodation, somewhere to change, hair,
make up etc.
Arrange accommodation for travelling guests if necessary.
Purchase going away outfits.

1 month before your wedding

Final fittings for Wedding Dress and bridesmaid's dresses including shoes.
Finalise clothing for Groom, best man and groomsmen.
Hair and makeup rehearsal.
Finalise honeymoon details.
Finalise seating details for the church and reception.
Meet the d hotel Wedding Co-ordinator to review final arrangements.
Plan wedding rehearsal.
Plan hen and stag parties.

2 weeks before your wedding

Organise and pack honeymoon and going away clothes.
Check all documents - Passport, tickets, visas, traveller's cheques, travel insurance, car hire etc.
Numbers and table plans to be given to the d hotel Wedding Co-ordinator.

1 week before your wedding

Have wedding rehearsal.
Organise someone to take care of Wedding dress and groom's outfit after the wedding.
Gift wrap presents for best man, bridesmaids and groomsmen.
Organise fees for ceremony, musicians for best man to take care of.
Final check on honeymoon packing.
Tickets and travel documents to the best man for safe keeping.
Final numbers and table plan changes to the d hotel Wedding Co-ordinator.

Your Wedding Day

Eat a good breakfast.
Have a relaxing bath followed by hair and make up.
Give yourself lots of time to dress.
Take your time and enjoy yourself.
Try and enjoy the preparations of your special day as much as you can because the day itself is going to fly by
